Job Summary:
The Senior Content Manager role will focus on maintaining the company’s web content and ensuring that the websites are regularly updated and strategically aligned to the vision and mission of the organization. This person will be responsible for overseeing the content in multiple forms and on various platforms in order to enhance and connect with the audience and customers. Creating content strategies as well as reviewing competitor content and market trends to establish brand identity and a strong online presence is key. This position reports to the Marketing VP.
This is a full-time position. Telecommuting is allowed. We are located in Santa Clara and are looking for local candidates. GREAT Compensation package with market-competitive pay!

Required Skills
- 7+ years of proven work experience in content marketing and SEO
- Strong experience in enterprise CMS
- Thorough knowledge of SEO and search engines
- Outstanding copywriting skills
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent ability to lead, motivate, inspire, collaborate and mentor
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
- Must be comfortable at multitasking with ability to juggle many concurrent projects and tasks
- Analytical, numbers-oriented, quantitative by nature
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Hootsuite, HubSpot etc.) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies based on target audiences and user personas. consumer-focused copywriting
- Define content needs for FrontAd Media Network websites (www.compareremit.com, www.path2usa.com, www.trackitt.com) for the best organic performance
- Identify existing content workflows, and opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies
- Oversee content development, ensuring that guidelines and SEO best practices are followed
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in our content coverage and areas of opportunity
- Collaborate with different teams in both the digital and traditional marketing space for consistent campaign strategy for all organic channels
- Formulate content strategies for increasing engagement
- Build and develop a distinct FrontAd Media voice
- Measure, analyze and optimize content campaigns
- Manage a content developer and oversee offshore content development process
- Champion content marketing best practices
- Develop marketing-focused content for websites, newsletters, landing pages etc.
- Create copy for digital campaigns as well as other marketing campaigns
- Standardize and incorporate content marketing best practices
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant content marketing experience
- 5+ years of developing and managing marketing campaigns and website content
- 4-year college degree, i.e. BS/BA. in marketing, communication, creative writing, or business
- Experience in international markets and/or Spanish is a strong plus
